🧠 Peer-Reviewed Articles
Peer-reviewed submissions undergo a double-blind review process by independent academic reviewers. Articles in this category are expected to demonstrate theoretical depth, methodological clarity, and relevance to the journal’s core themes.
Accepted articles will be:
- Clearly marked as Peer-Reviewed Article
- Assigned a DOI and review metadata where applicable
- Presented with a distinct layout for transparency and visibility

💬 Non-Peer-Reviewed Contributions
We also welcome editor-reviewed submissions, such as essays, policy briefs, conceptual pieces, and case-based insights. These contributions are reviewed by the editorial team and aim to promote open dialogue and timely reflection on practical developments.
Although not peer-reviewed, they play a vital role in bridging research and practice.

📝 Submission Instructions
Please make sure your manuscript meets the following criteria before submitting:
- Follows APA 6th Edition citation and formatting style
- Prepared using the IJMEP Word template
- Contains 4,000 to 8,000 words, including references
- Includes a separate title page with author details
- Main file is anonymized (no names or affiliations)
- Provides an abstract (150–250 words)
- Lists 3–6 keywords below the abstract
- Tables and figures are labeled and cited in the text
- References are complete and consistently formatted
- File format: .docx only (no PDFs for manuscripts)
- Includes a short author bio (2–3 sentences per author) on the title page
